The pub is a full working bar. It is open to Sweetwater residents and their guests only.

 RULES OF THE PUB &
PORCH AREA

  1. The Bartender on duty has the right to refuse service to anyone.

  2. The Bartender is in charge and has the right to ask any patron to leave the premises including the porch area.

THE FOLLOWING ARE CAUSE BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONS FOR SUSPENSION FROM THE PUB.
  1. Based on Florida law no concealed weapons are allowed in our Pub.

  2. Disorderly Conduct or Loud and Abusive Language will not be tolerated.
THE DRESS CODE FOR THE PUB
  1. No tank tops or sleeveless shirts for men.
  2. No swim suits allowed inside the Pub without wearing a cover up.
  3. No Golf Cleats allowed.
  4. Shoes or Sandals are required while in the PUB.
SPECIAL NOTE: Failure to comply with the Pub Rules could possibly jeopardize our Pub license.
