Sweetwater Golf & Tennis Club facility has an 18-hole golf course and is located in Haines City, Florida, and it is part of a 55+ housing development. It is a "private" golf course, which is open to members and their guests only. Shareholder golf fee is $5.00 per round to play.

White stakes denote out of bounds
Red states denote lateral hazards.
Yellow stakes denote regular hazards.
Slow players must allow faster players through if hole is clear.
Proper golfing attire required.
Limit 2 bags and 2 players per golf cart.
Golf carts must be kept on paths except when using the 90° rule.
